Question 1

How many autonomous cleaning robots does my facility need?

Accepted Answer

The number of robots depends on your total cleanable floor area, floor type, and cleaning frequency. Our free ROI calculator analyzes your facility and recommends the exact robot count and models. Typically, each robot covers 12,000–18,000 sq ft per day depending on the model and floor surface.

Question 2

What is the ROI on autonomous floor cleaning robots?

Accepted Answer

Most facilities see a positive ROI within 12–24 months. Savings come from reduced labor costs (robots replace floor cleaning staff), lower workers' compensation insurance premiums (fewer slip-and-fall injuries), and consistent 24/7 cleaning coverage. Our calculator provides a detailed year-by-year savings projection for your specific facility.

Question 3

What types of floors can autonomous cleaning robots handle?

Accepted Answer

Our robot lineup handles virtually every commercial floor surface: polished concrete, VCT, epoxy-coated floors, tile, hardwood, rubber, terrazzo, carpet, and even outdoor surfaces like asphalt parking lots. Different models specialize in different surfaces — the PUDU MT1 handles large hard floors, the CC1 Pro scrubs and mops, the MT1-Vac handles carpeted areas, and the Avidbots Neo 2W and Kas are autonomous scrubbers purpose-built for warehouse and commercial hard floors.

Question 4

Does xRobotix offer leasing for cleaning robots?

Accepted Answer

Yes, xRobotix offers leasing options for qualified businesses, making it easier to deploy autonomous cleaning robots without a large upfront investment. Contact us at 1-888-376-8099 or schedule a call to discuss financing options.

Question 5

Can autonomous robots clean pickleball courts and tennis courts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. xRobotix deploys autonomous sweeper robots that clean pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, and other sport court surfaces. Our robots remove dust, leaves, rubber granules, and debris without damaging court coatings — keeping courts safe, slip-free, and ready for play. Unlike manual cleaning, robots can sweep courts overnight or between sessions for consistent results. Compare our autonomous solution to alternatives like Autopilot Pickleball or RobotLabs — our AI ROI calculator shows the exact cost savings for your facility.

Question 6

How does xRobotix compare to Autopilot Pickleball and RobotLabs for court cleaning?

Accepted Answer

xRobotix is the only Southern California dealer offering both Pudu Robotics and North American-made Avidbots autonomous cleaning robots — giving you a choice no competitor provides. North American-manufactured robots (Avidbots Neo 2W and Kas) offer faster parts availability, domestic warranty service, and no Asia-Pacific tariff exposure. Our free AI-powered ROI calculator instantly shows how many robots you need and your payback period. We also beat any quoted price and offer leasing to qualified businesses.

Question 7

What areas of Southern California does xRobotix serve?

Accepted Answer

xRobotix is headquartered in Lomita, California and deploys autonomous floor cleaning robots throughout Southern California — including all of Los Angeles County, Orange County, the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino counties), San Diego County, and Ventura County. We serve warehouses, schools, hospitals, retail centers, parking structures, and commercial facilities across the region, with local deployment, training, and ongoing support.

Question 8

How much does an autonomous floor cleaning robot cost per month?

Accepted Answer

xRobotix offers autonomous floor cleaning robots starting from $528/mo on a 3-year ownership term. The Pudu MT1 is $19,000 or from $528/mo, the MT1-Vac is $20,000 or from $556/mo, the CC1 Pro is $24,000 or from $667/mo, the MT1-Max is $25,000 or from $694/mo, the BG1 is $36,999 or from $1,028/mo, and the BG1 Pro is $39,999 or from $1,111/mo. Leasing and financing options are also available for qualified businesses.

Question 9

What is the Pudu BG1 robot?

Accepted Answer

The Pudu BG1 is a heavy-duty industrial autonomous floor scrubber designed for large warehouses, manufacturing plants, and logistics centers. It handles large-scale scrubbing tasks that smaller robots cannot. xRobotix offers the BG1 for $36,999 or from $1,028/mo on a 3-year term, with leasing available.

Question 10

Are any of your cleaning robots manufactured in North America?

Accepted Answer

Yes. xRobotix is the only Southern California dealer carrying North American-made Avidbots autonomous floor scrubbers — the Neo 2W and Kas — manufactured in Canada. North American manufacturing delivers real advantages: faster parts availability and warranty service, North American tech support, no exposure to Asia-Pacific import tariff volatility, and robots engineered to North American safety and performance standards. The Avidbots Neo 2W handles large warehouse and logistics environments (24"–32" cleaning width, fully intervention-free). The Avidbots Kas is built for tight-aisle and high-density spaces — fits through doorways as narrow as 3.5 ft, 45L tank, up to 3-hour runtime. Both run on Avidbots Autonomy AI. Question 11

How much can autonomous robots reduce workers' compensation costs?

Accepted Answer

Autonomous floor cleaning robots can significantly reduce workers' compensation costs by reclassifying floor cleaning staff from high-risk janitorial roles to lower-risk robot operator roles. Workers' comp rates for janitors can be 5–10x higher than for office or light-duty workers. Our ROI calculator quantifies the exact WC savings for your headcount and state — many facilities see $10,000–$50,000 in annual WC premium reductions on top of labor savings.
