Robot Rescue Procedure
Robot stuck, showing an error, or won't move? Follow these steps in order.
Robot Stopped or Debris in Wheels
Push Emergency Stop
Push the red Emergency Stop button on the robot to pause it immediately.
Twist The Stop Button
Twist the emergency stop button to unlock it and gain access to the touchscreen.
Open the Touchscreen Lid
Open the touch screen lid. You will see a small lock icon — touch it to release the robot's brakes.
Remove Debris
Remove debris from the wheels. Remove the trashbin and clear any debris from inside.
Move Robot to Safety
Push the robot to a safe area away from obstacles, pathways, and equipment.
Click Resume Cleaning
Tap the triangle (▶) on the touchscreen to resume the cleaning task from where it stopped.
Other Issues — Can't Resume Cleaning
Push Red Emergency Button
Press the red Emergency Stop button to halt the robot.
Twist Button to Access Touchscreen
Twist the button to unlock the touchscreen lid.
Push Cancel Task
On the touchscreen, tap Cancel Task to end the current cleaning job.
Click Lock to Release Brakes
Touch the lock icon on the touchscreen to release the robot's brakes so it can be moved.
Push Robot to Charging Station
Manually push the robot back to its charging dock.
